Cookie Exchange
Baking Spirits Bright! Let’s treat our Courreges teachers and staff to a Cookie Exchange. We invite families to donate 2+ dozen homemade or store-bought cookies or treats that teachers and staff can box up and enjoy at home. Please drop off at the front office on Thursday, Dec. 19 by 9:30 a.m.

 We are SO EXCITED to announce this year’s Jog-A-Thon theme,

GAME ON!

 

Jog-A-Thon is our school’s biggest fundraising event of the year!  100% of monies raised by Jog-A-Thon goes back to the school and its students; for field trips, Scholastic News, BrainPOP, Lexia Reading, science night, assemblies, technology enhancements, Art Masters, supplemental instructional materials and so much more!  

This year we are asking for FLAT donations.

 

 

JOG-A-THON DATE: 

Thursday, November 13th from 8:30-9:30 AM

 

Students:

All students will run, jog or walk around the school track as many times as possible in a one-hour period; resting & hydrating when necessary. Students should wear comfortable athletic shoes and clothing for running. Please bring refillable water bottles.  

 

Parents & Volunteers:

Please come volunteer! Ask your teachers how.
Volunteers should arrive between 8-8:15 for setup.

 

 

 

REGISTER STUDENTS & EMAILING SPONSORS:

•Parents can Scan the QR Code or click link above to locate our event.
•Click “Not Registered For This Year’s Event”.  Enter your name/email and click “Submit”.  All student's must re-register for the event this year.
•Follow the instructions on-screen to register Jogger(s) and add family and friend's emails!
•When you finish, the system emails pledge requests to your family and friends, and allows them to make secure credit card donations online. You get notified each time a pledge is made, and you can track your pledge progress online.  (Call 1-888-598-7510 for help.)
 

 

 

SPONSORS / PLEDGES:

•Sponsors can be ANYONE from ANYWHERE (parents, relatives, friends, neighbors, businesses)!
•Cash, Check and Credit Card are accepted! (Please make checks payable to “Courreges PTA”).  Pledge sheets available to download on links below.
 
 

 *** ALL DONATIONS ARE DUE BY: Thursday, November 13th to Teachers. 
Please DO NOT turn donations into the school office***

 
PARENTS – PLEASE HELP YOUR STUDENT(S) BY SHARING VIA TEXT, SOCIAL MEDIA or EMAIL!

Each year, it costs upwards of $250-300 per student to fund the programs Courreges PTA provides.  Students earn awesome prizes while contributing to their school through Jog-A-Thon! 

Corporate Matching: Some employers donate to match charitable gifts made by employees. Check with yours!
